The Tire Granulating and Recycling Line, also referred to as a Waste Tire Recycling Plant or Scrap Tyre Recycling Equipment, is a specialized and eco-friendly system designed for the efficient processing of waste tires and rubber materials. In response to the growing global focus on environmental sustainability, this equipment plays a vital role in resource recovery. It transforms discarded tires—often considered a major environmental pollutant—into valuable reusable materials, supporting both environmental preservation and economic growth.

Tire recycling equipment is a multi-functional machine, which can not only process various types of waste tires, such as car tires, truck tires, construction machinery tires, bias tires, radial tires, pneumatic tires, and solid tires. At the same time, it can also effectively recycle and process other rubber wastes, including rubber sundries, trimmings, waste rubber shoes, rubber floor tiles, gaskets, insulation materials, conveyor belts, and toys. This versatility makes the tire recycling equipment have a wide range of applications in the circular economy.

The process of tire recycling is mainly divided into several steps. First, waste tires are initially crushed by a tire shredder, which is capable of tearing the whole tire into small pieces for subsequent processing. The purpose of this stage is to reduce the size of the tire so that the subsequent separation and processing are more efficient. Next, the shredded tires will enter the steel wire separator, which effectively separates the steel wires in the tires through powerful magnetic force to ensure the purity of the subsequent rubber processing. At the same time, the fiber separator will separate the fiber material in the tires to further improve product quality.

After the steel wire and fiber separation, the rubber block enters the rubber crusher for further crushing. The machine adopts highly efficient grinding technology to grind the rubber blocks into rubber granules and rubber powder of different particle sizes. These rubber granules and powders are the basic raw materials for recycled rubber, rubber product manufacturing, and other applications. Using a vibrating screen, the rubber granules are graded according to particle size to ensure that the final product meets the market demand. During the crushing and screening process, a large amount of dust and exhaust gas will be generated. To solve this problem, the tire recycling equipment is equipped with highly efficient dust removal equipment, which can effectively filter and collect dust to reduce the impact on the environment.

After the above steps, the final products include rubber granules, rubber powder, Tire Derived Fuel (TDF), and recycled rubber. These products can be widely used in a variety of fields. For example, rubber granules can be used to modify asphalt to improve the abrasion resistance and service life of road surfaces; recycled rubber is widely used in the production of various types of rubber products, such as rubber floor tiles and waterproofing rolls; and tire-derived fuel (TDF) can be used as an alternative fuel for power generation and heating applications.
