The Laminated Glass Recycling Machine is designed to separate glass from PVB, SGP, and EVA interlayer materials, making it suitable for recycling automobile windshields and laminated glass used in construction. It can process PVB laminated glass, which is widely used in automotive windshields and architectural glass; SGP laminated glass, commonly used in glass roofs, exterior windows, and curtain walls; and EVA laminated glass, mainly used for interior partitions and decoration. After processing, the machine can remove approximately 99% of the glass, producing separated PVB/SGP/EVA interlayer material and glass particles.
The complete recycling line consists of a Pre-Press Machine, Glass Separator, Double Roller Compactor, PLC Control System, and Dust Collector. The Pre-Press Machine crushes the whole glass sheets to facilitate separation, while the Glass Separator separates glass particles from the adhesive layer without damaging the interlayer. The Double Roller Compactor can handle a maximum feeding size of 1,500 mm. The production line is PLC-controlled with multi-language support and features a fully enclosed conveying and dust removal system for clean and pollution-free operation.
