Hilmand Llc, a U.S.-registered Scrap Trading Company based in Woodbridge, Virginia, is seeking to purchase Shredded HMS (PNS / ISRI 210–211 equivalent) for long-term supply to South Asian Steel Mill Clients, including Pakistan. We are expanding our supplier base and invite verified scrap yards and exporters capable of providing consistent quality and scalable monthly volumes. The initial trial shipments are planned at 200–300 MT, with potential to scale up to 2,000–3,000 MT per month upon successful evaluation of quality and performance.
We require Shredded HMS that is clean, uniform, and magnetically separated, with a maximum of 2% impurities and free from plastics, rubber, and other non-metallic materials. Packaging can be in containers or bulk depending on supplier capabilities. Loading ports include any U.S. port for FOB (Freight on Board) shipments and Karachi (Port Qasim), Pakistan for CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) shipments. Payment terms LC (Letter of Credit at sight, preferred) or TT (Telegraphic Transfer after approval). Shipping terms FOB, CFR (Cost and Freight), CIF. All shipments should be inspected by SGS, BV, or equivalent at loading.
