Hilmand LLC, a U.S.-registered Scrap Trading Company based in Woodbridge, Virginia, is looking to purchase HMS-1&2 Scrap (ISRI 200 series) for our South Asian steel mill clients. We are seeking scrap yards and exporters who can provide consistent quality and scalable monthly volumes. Initial Trial Shipments will be 200–300 MT, with potential to scale up to 2,000–3,000 MT per month after successful evaluation of quality and performance.
We require HMS-1&2 Scrap that meets ISRI standards, free from sealed containers, hazardous materials, and excessive non-metallic content. Packaging can be in containers or bulk depending on supplier capability. Loading ports: Any U.S. port for FOB (Freight on Board) shipments and Karachi (Port Qasim), Pakistan for CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) shipments. Payment terms LC (Letter of Credit at sight, preferred) or TT (Telegraphic Transfer after approval). Shipping terms: FOB, CFR (Cost and Freight), CIF. All shipments should be inspected by SGS, BV, or equivalent at the loading port.

Suppliers are requested to provide pricing in USD/MT for FOB and CIF shipments, monthly capacity and scalability, yard address and ownership documents, export history (BL references), and photos/videos of the yard and material.
