We are pleased to confirm the availability of copper scrap on huge quantity of 17,000 Tons ready for immediate delivery. • Product Description: Peeled Copper Wire (Photo Attached) • Product Code: CP001D20150722J • Price Per Ton: SR 22,000 (Saudi Riyals TWENTY TWO THOUSAND only) & including Freight charges to Indian Ports • Delivery: CIF at any Major Ports of India • Payment: FOB basis, 20% Advance Payment & Balance on LC basis • The entire stocks are available and ready for delivery on the same quantity mentioned above. • The Buyer has to issue a Letter of Intent (LOI) to our company confirming the purchasing quantity. • Upon receipt of LOI, an official agreement between Buyer and Seller will be made and signed in front of a Legal Attorney (Trade Law). • Buyer has to provide to seller a proof of financial capabilities (availability of sufficient funds) to execute this agreement. • LC for 30% of the total amount to be opened by the Buyer and Bank details to be provided in order to make necessary arrangements with corresponding bank in Saudi Arabia by the Seller. • If the Buyer violates or cancel the contract agreement, 10% to 20% of the total amount of agreement value to be paid to the Seller. • If the Seller violates or cancel the contract agreement, 10% to 20% of the total amount of agreement value to be paid to the Buyer. • All necessary documents for export will be arranged by Seller and issued upon every shipment. • If the Buyer appoints any local company or representative in Saudi Arabia, we require a legal documents stating the appointment to act on behalf of the Buyer.
