The requirement includes clean 1350/1050 EC aluminum wire/cable (Talon) free of steel, ACSR, and insulation, and E.C. aluminum chops & straws (Tall), both with minimum Al purity of 99.55%. Material must be free of steel, MS, or GI core, with contamination/attachments = 2% and moisture <1%. Suppliers must provide detailed specifications, bale size, and average weight for verification. Each shipment should include a radiation-free certificate and COO (Certificate of Origin).
Suppliers are requested to provide a 50 MT trial shipment (~2 × 40’ containers), with dense strapped bale packaging. Shipping terms are FOB from the nearest main loading port to Nhava Sheva Port, India. Payment terms include L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight and D/P (Documents against Payment). Inspection will be carried out by SGS, Intertek, BV, or TUV at the load port, with mandatory PSIC certification by a DGFT-approved agency. Offers should have a minimum 30-day validity.
