Eco Replast is a renowned recycling company based in Bulgaria. Since our establishment in 2009, we have been at the forefront of the recycling industry, focusing on the purchase, recycling, and production of high-quality polyethylene products for which we have a TUF Rheinland-Germany quality certificate and adherence to ISO standards.

At Eco Replast, we specialize in the recycling of polyethylene, encompassing LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, and more. Our advanced facilities transform LDPE Scrap and HDPE Scrap into premium Polyethylene Products, including LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, etc. Two production bases, located in the villages of Kapatovo and Sandanski, form the backbone of our operations.

Currently, we seek 300 to 800 MT per month of LDPE Film scrap, with the destination port being the Port of Thessaloniki. We import materials from Europe and export our high-quality products to Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and North America. Our idea is to offer the market European services of high quality at optimally good prices. And so, for years, we have been more than successfully working in our country and on the European market (in Greece, Germany, Austria, etc.).

From the beginning of 2018 a new system has been introduced are optical sorting Pellenc ST optical machines for sorting household and industrial waste. The company is actively developing new sorting solutions for single stream recycling. Famous references in more than 40 countries around the world have installed Pellenc ST machines.

We have the most advanced laser filter system from one of the leaders in the processing industry. It specializes in high melting rates when film granules are needed. Delta T allows the production of Tank Top Bags on a roll in 1, 2 or 3 strips with independent tension control for each line. Delta T can be adapted to produce other types of bags with additional modules of the Delta program. Our modes of payment include L/C (Letter of Credit) and T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), and we provide flexible shipping terms such as FOB (Freight on Board), EXW (Ex Works), and CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight).
