J.B. SCHOFIELD & SONS LTD

J.B. Schofield & Sons Ltd is one of the foremost scrap metal buyers and scrap metal sellers in the UK. We have been recycling since 1876 and deal with everybody from PLCs to private individuals.

We offer the best scrap metal prices. We buy just about any scrap metal, usually at a price that means more money in your pocket. Our 4.5 acre site meets all of the latest environmental requirements and enjoys a reputation for being one of the cleanest, tidiest recycling sites you’ll find anywhere.

Also, we supply the high quality scrap metal grades to Foundries anywhere between the east and west coasts and south to Birmingham.

We use the latest IT systems and software to speed up customer turn around, weighing takes place on a new 60 tonne digital weighbridge and our payment terms are exceptional.

No matter whether you’re selling to us or buying from us, we strive to provide an independent North West scrap metal service that’s second to none.
