We are taking a proactive role to move up the scrap hierarchy and reduce toxins in the waste stream such as mercury, pharmaceuticals and electronic scrap.

We recycle approximately 600,000 tons of both ferrous scrap and non-ferrous scrap metals. We recycle everything from broken office chairs to mattress springs and we even recover and recycle quarters, dimes, nickels and pennies. We have increased the amount of metal scrap we recycle by 20 percent and installed new technology to improve material quality.

Our regional processing facility in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania sorts metal scrap material by type and cleans the metal, which gives us a higher-value and more saleable end product in all market conditions.
