Seeking to Import 30000 MT Used Rail Scrap: Buy Offer

We are in need of 30000 MT of Used Rail Scrap on a regular basis from all over the world. We would like to make a prior technical visit before making any deal. Once off the shipment, the scrap material has to be delivered to Port of Busan, South Korea. We want the scrap materials to get depart from the loading port on or before July 30, 2019. Our target price is $ 245 per MT including cutting and inland logistics. The following are the details of our requirement:
Required Scrap Quantity: 30000 MT
Packing: Cut to 1.5 meters and containerize in 20 feet containers before loading.
We will be present in the loading port to witness all the shipping processing and confirm vessel ready to depart and to issue full payments due as per agreement. We are waiting for your reply.
