Arabian Star Metal Scrap TR LLC is a Scrap Recycling Company based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, established in 2003. The company was founded by Mr. Khalique Ahmed, whose family has been involved in the scrap business for over four decades in India. Under the direction of Mr. Naseem Qamar, a postgraduate in Business Administration, the company has developed a network of trading relationships and operates a 2,000 sq. ft. yard in the Sajja Industrial Area. We currently handle around 40,000 metric tons of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap each year.
We focus on the recycling of metal and plastic scrap, which supports the efficient use of materials and helps reduce the demand for raw resources. Recycled materials like Copper, Aluminum, Lead, and Batteries require less energy to process compared to mining. This approach aligns with practical resource management and supports industries in sourcing usable materials from existing waste.
Our operations include a range of Metal Scrap Types, including Copper, Brass, Aluminum, Lead, Batteries, Zinc, and Nickel-Based Materials. We also have vehicles equipped with weigh-and-pay systems, which allow for on-site collection and payment, offering convenience to local suppliers. We work with both large and small scrap volumes, depending on the needs of our partners.
In addition to metal scrap, we are involved in the import and export of plastic scrap materials. We are currently looking to import PC (Polycarbonate), PP (Polypropylene) lumps and granules, PP recycled granules, and LD (Low-Density) film from within the UAE. At the same time, we supply materials such as PP recycled granules, LD recycled granules, PC flakes, PP lumps, acrylic, and PC to buyers in regional and international markets.
Our export markets include Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and North America, while our imports are focused in the Middle East. We work under CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) shipping terms and accept D/P (Documents Against Payment) and T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) as payment methods. We are open to discussing pricing, delivery timelines, and material specifications as needed.
