Topbottle Resources Technology Corp is a scrap manufacturing company located in Sinying Industrial Zone, Tainan City, Taiwan. Established in June 2018, our company was founded to address the growing problem of plastic waste, particularly PET bottles, which often end up in oceans and harm marine life. To contribute to solving this issue, we use recycled PET bottles as raw material to produce Hot Washed PET Bottle Flakes and rPET pellets.

Our facility processes around 1,800 metric tons per month of Hot Washed Recycled PET Flakes. We purchase discarded PET bottle bales and PET bottle flakes from global suppliers and use automated recycling systems to convert them into clean, reusable raw materials. These are supplied to chemical fiber factories, board manufacturers, and other industries that use PET-based products, helping reduce waste and support circular economy practices.

We offer a variety of PET flake grades suitable for different industrial applications, including environmentally friendly yarn, food-grade products, and customized rPET pellets. Our Hot Washed PET Flakes are processed to meet strict quality standards. The bulk density is at least 0.35 grams per cubic meter, while moisture content remains below 1.2 percent. Contaminants such as PVC polymers, non-ferrous and ferrous metals, PE/PP, and label residues are maintained within 20 parts per million. Other impurities are limited to 160 parts per million, colored PET flakes are kept under 800 parts per million, and yellowing is controlled to a maximum of 200 ppm before baking and 3000 ppm after one hour of baking at 200°C.

We operate with a small, skilled team of 10 staff members at one plant. Our loading port is Kaohsiung, Taiwan, which enables timely and flexible international shipments. We serve clients mainly in Europe, the U.S., and North America, and support payment through L/C (Letter of Credit). Shipping terms are available on both FOB and CIF basis, depending on buyer preferences. Pricing and delivery terms can be discussed based on quantity and destination.
