Carviflon, established in 2000 in Actopan, Mexico, is a manufacturing company focused on engineering plastics with strong expertise in PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene), commonly known as Teflon. Carviflon has built its presence through consistent production and supply of PTFE materials for industrial applications. With a team of 30 employees and one production plant, Carviflon maintains a steady workflow that supports both standard and customized requirements. The company serves clients mainly across Europe and North America.

Carviflon manufactures PTFE in full pieces and also produces specialized components used for machining industrial parts. The product range includes semi-finished materials and finished machined items based on specific client drawings and requirements. With over 20 years of industry experience, Carviflon continues to supply PTFE materials that meet industrial usage standards. The production capacity reaches around 500 tons per month, allowing continuous supply for bulk and repeat orders.

Carviflon also offers PTFE shredded scrap and scrap pieces made from 100% pure virgin white material. Currently, 23 tons are available for sale, along with regular monthly supply. These materials are suitable for recycling units and industrial reuse applications where clean PTFE scrap is required. The company ensures proper segregation and packing of scrap to match buyer specifications and export needs.

Carviflon arranges shipments from Veracruz Port and Manzanillo Port based on buyer preference and destination. The company follows EXW (Ex Works) shipping terms, where buyers can manage transportation from the plant location. Payment is accepted through D/P (Documents against Payment), supporting clear transaction handling for international trade. Export documentation and order details are shared as per buyer requirements.
