The payment terms for Copper Cathode Scrap are CIF ,LC on sight, and we require an SGS inspection at the destination port before payment. We insist on only dealing with end Copper Cathode Scrap buyers or strictly direct mandate and therefore, we ask that interested parties provide a Letter of Intent (LOI) to begin discussions.
