We are a manufacturer based in Ireland and have a requirement for about 100 Tons of certified reprocessed polypropylene scrap. Please see a specification below for the present material we use. Any material supplied needs to be equivalent or superior to the specification. We would appreciate your best rock bottom quotation for 25 tonnes, 50 tonnes and 100 tonnes of the said material.

Specification:
A post-consumer recycled polypropylene copolymer with approximately 20% fillers.
Available in standard black (reference 90/04).

Material Properties:
Density: 1.06 g/cm3 MBA Method
Rheological; Melt Flow Rate (230°C / 2.16 kg) 8 g/10 min ISO 1133
Mechanical: Tensile Stress at Yield (23°C) 23 MPa ISO 527-2/50
Flexural Modulus (23°C): 1950 MPa ISO 178
Impact: Notched Izod Impact Strength (23°C) 4 kJ/m2 ISO 180/1A
