Price: USD 20% LESS THAN THE LME PRICE THE DAY OF THE DELIVERY “CIF” ASWP PORT Quantity: Total quantity of 60.000MT with possible contract thereafter with rollovers and extensions.
Payment: The payment will be made by an irrevocable, revolved and confirmed LC payable after inspection at the discharging port against the full set of shipping documents.
PROCEDURE
1- SELLER BUYER SEAL SIGN THE CONTRACT.
2- THE BUYER WILL LOGE THE CONTRACT WITH HIS BANK.
3- SELLER BANK SEND THE PB OF 2% AND THE PROOF OF PRODUCT TO THE BUYER’S BANK.
4- AFTER VERIFICATION THE BUYER’S BANK WILL OPEN AN OPERATIVE LC IN RESPONS TO THE PB AND THE POP.
5- SELLER WILL GIVE ORDER TO THE SHIPPING COMPANY “……….” TO REDIRECT THE FULL LOADED CONTAINERS OF THE FIRST 5.000MT.
6- THE PAYMENT WILL BE MADE BY AN IRREVOCABLE, REVOLVED AND CONFIRMED LC PAYABLE AFTER REINSPECTION AT THE DISCHARGING PORT AGAINST THE FULL SET OF SHIPPING DOCUMENTS. AS PER ANNEXE N°1 PAYABLE AT THE DISCHARGING PORT AFTER THE FINAL SGS INSPECTION
