Alabbar Co. for Recycling, established in 2017 and based in Tripoli, Libya, is a plastic scrap recycling company focused on plastic waste management and PET recycling. We specialize in the collection, processing, and export of recycled PET (rPET) flakes. Operating from a 2.5-hectare facility with 45 employees, we process over 600 tons of PET plastic waste each month, contributing to waste reduction and material reuse within and beyond Libya.

Our operations include the collection and manual sorting of post-consumer PET and polypropylene scrap from approved sources across Libya. Through cold washing, hot washing, and industrial crushing, we produce PET flakes with low contamination levels. We have a production capacity of 200 metric tons per month, and currently export around 140 tons of PET flakes to international buyers in manufacturing and related industries.

Our products include Hot Wash PET Flakes and Cold Wash PET Flakes, which are used in packaging, textiles, and plastic products. We also offer plastic waste management services for businesses seeking to reduce environmental impact through recycling. By processing plastic waste into usable materials, we support efforts to reduce landfill use and encourage resource recovery.

We trade with partners across Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and North America. Our payment method is L/C (Letter of Credit), and we work with standard international shipping terms including FOB (Free on Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), and CFR (Cost and Freight). We are open to discussing pricing, delivery schedules, and specifications based on partner requirements.
