We are looking to purchase Aluminium Ingots with the below specification.
We envisage that the principal terms of the proposed transactions would be substantially followed. Desired specification: A85, AL99.97 or P0406A (P0610A will also be possible)
* Importantly, the FE must be 0.1% or less
- Purchase volume: 500 tons – Trial shipment, if conditions are right, at least 1500-2000 tons can be purchased every month for 12months.

9. Reports: SGS Report at Origin (Seller cost) for each shipment
10. Operating Schedule
1) 1st Shipment – 500MT
2) 2nd Shipment – 2000MT
3) 3rd Shipment – 2000MT onwards
11. Delivery start: ASAP
12. Terms of payment: Revolving Letter of Credit at sight for 2000MT as per the shipping QTY and
invoice settlement per shipment till end of the contract. Last shipment to be cleared through
LC at Sight.
13. Documents Required:
13.1. Seller within thirty (10) business days comply and execute the processes of registering purchase
order
13.2. Analysis certificate issued by the factory of the recent production period specification.
13.3. Performance Bond (PB) 2% of the Entire Contract value upon Signing SPA and LC Verbiage
acceptance. PB must be issued with 7 business days of SPA acceptance.

13.4. Copy certificate of ownership approved by the material producer in one original and one copy
(both deposited in a bonded warehouse).
13.5. Copy statement of material availability signed by the material producer.
13.6. Certificate of origin certified by the material producer
13.6.1. Producer packing list/weight memo relating to the Parcel to be released from seller to
buyer.
13.6.2. SGS inspection certificate of quality and quantity.
13.6.3. Certificate of export authorization issued in original and a copy. (If the product being
export)
13.6.4. Customs clearance certificate & receipt of the export duty payment, each in original and a
copy
13.6.5. Complete shipping documents including cargo report.
13.6.6. Forward certificate confirming that the transportation means is less than 15 years old and
that they are seaworthy.
