| Usage / Application | This PET Bottle Washing Line is designed to process post-consumer PET Bottles supplied in either compressed Bales or Loose form and convert them into high-quality washed PET Flakes. The complete processing flow includes Debaling, Label Removal, Impurity Separation, Washing, Drying, and Final Flake sorting to ensure consistent output quality. The system supports the production of Food-Grade, Sheet-Grade, and Fiber-Grade PET Flakes, depending on the configuration and raw material condition. Its modular structure allows equipment combinations to be adjusted according to contamination levels and end-use requirements, ensuring stable operation across different bottle sources. This washing line is widely used in PET Recycling Plants, Bottle-to-Bottle Recycling Projects, Fiber Manufacturing Units, and PET Sheet Extrusion Facilities.
