| Usage / Application | The Full Automatic Wet Wipes Making Machine handles the complete production process from non-woven fabric to finished wet wipes. The operation includes folding, liquid adding, cutting, counting, stacking, automatic transfer, and packaging, with all processes integrated into one production line. The machine supports 1–10 wet wipes per pack, with the quantity adjustable according to production requirements. It can be used for producing baby wet tissues, wet wipes, and other packaged disposable wipes in different pack sizes. With PLC control, touch-screen parameter setting, automatic fault diagnosis, photoelectric tracking, and servo motor control, the machine supports consistent cutting, sealing, and packaging operations. The liquid-contact components are made of stainless steel, while the automatic packaging system is suitable for continuous wet wipes production. |
