Fibre optic cables for all the critical signals such as Firing Signal to Inverter SCRs, Converter SCRs, Over Voltage Detection etc. Fibre optic cable has the following advantages over the conventional wire:

Fibre optic signals eliminate the false tripping those relates to the misfiring of SCRs due to the noise picked up by the conventional cables in the heavy magnetic field due to Induction.

Fibre optic cable has the lightning speed to transmit the signal. The life of the SCRs will be greater as the firing pulses are withdrawn in microseconds instead of milli seconds. This reduces the time for the critical excessive stress on the SCRs and Capacitors in the event of short circuit or over voltage.

ACTIVE FIRING CARDS:
Active Firing Cards are used for all the SCR triggering. These firing cards have the inbuilt signal conditioning circuit that ensure the healthy firing Pulse to the SCRs under any condition.

This heating furnace is used mainly in foundries, and even can be used in die casting as well. The offered Induction Furnace consists of a refectory lined structure made of copper tubing with high conductivity. The offered furnaces come in different shapes and sizes and are cooled by water. While cooling the water flows through the furnace coils which are composed of heavy copper tubing. This tubing is cooled with cool water in which electrical currents exchange.

The current produces magnetic fields that bring on a current on the exterior of the metal. This heat then melts the material. Fittings and hoses/tubing are shipped with the power supply. Filters and coolants are also available. This system is used day in and day out, in a continuous cycle.
