RECYCLING PET BOTTLES,PET FLAKES, RPET.

We opened our new factory of processing bottles into washed pet flakes. Materials are sorted per colour, our line have PVC detector, manual control before grinding ,grinding , dry cleaning with air separation of dust , wet cleaning and drying ,hot washed with detergents, friction separating and hot washing again, drying and double control metal detector.

Our flakes are A grade, we look for end users only. Our monthly output quantity is aprox. 450 tons , 50-55% transparent, 30% blue and green, and aprox. 15% brown

We use "B+B" washing line for processing bottles into hot washed pet flakes and "Starlinger RECO STAR PET IV+ " machine for processing PET flakes into R-PET
