The company was registered and founded on 10 of December 1991.
Currently there are 150 employees who work for " KOSANIA " Ltd. Company's main business activities are trade oriented. The biggest part of the income is due to whole-selling and retail of petrol products such as gasoline and oil for cars, trucks and agricultural machines.
The other most profitable business is buying, reselling and utilization of secondhand metals. We are one of the first companies that were licensed at that time for this business in Bulgaria.
Our network of shops includes over 15 stores for food and other stocks as well as restaurants and cafes for pleasant lunch breaks and evening dinners.
The first conveyor belt production line for bread in the region was built by "KOSANIA" Ltd.
It is still fully functional and hasn't stopped pro- ducing the most delicious bread for 10 years.
Automobile parking lot and service-station
for over 50 automobiles are owned by our firm and serve its needs as well as the needs of
other clients and companies.
One of the main goals of the company's leadership, besides the prosperity of the firm, is to ensure the best working conditions for its staff and employees. "KOSANIA" Ltd. is one of the most generous sponsors in the Municipality. We are proud of the "St. St. Peter and Paul" church, which was built with the exclusive donation of the company.
Another sponsored project is "Rai" Motel ("Heaven" motel) - a wonderful place for vacation and recreation.
"KOSANIA" Ltd. has shares in "TELB Invest", "Dunav Holding" and is a main shareholder in "Agrotehchast" Inc.
