ECO Metal (Hong Kong) Limited has over 40 years rich history in the business of non-ferrous metals, though it is still a new name in the industry. It is developed from its fore-company, Wing Hing Hong, an old and very well-reputed local trading company established in 1960s. In 2004, Wing Hing Hong was integrated with Yip Shing Kee Metal (a scrap yard with over 20 years’ history) and renamed as ECO Metal (Hong Kong) Limited with a view to expanding, modernizing and internationalizing the business.
ECO Metal is an importer and exporter of non-ferrous scrap metals from and to all over the world. Recently, we have been importing from USA, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Middle East, S.E. Asia, etc. The imported scrap materials are sold to mainland China, supplying the need of the users in Southern China.

ECO Metal owns scrap yards in Hong Kong and China under the name Yip Shing Kee Metal, which has been awarded the License of Registration for Overseas Supplier Enterprise of Imported Scrap Materials by Inspection and Quarantine of the PRC. The yard in Hong Kong collects materials from the local territory and deals with packing and repacking. The materials are sold to China as well as S.E. Asian countries like Japan and Korea. The yard in Nanhai China deals with segregation of materials before they are sold to the local customers.

Our yards are all installed with comprehensive modern facilities, like electronic weighing bridges, baling machines, fork-lift, advanced metal detectors, etc., to ensure every thing handled in a professional manner.

The current scrap metals we are dealing include Millberry, Candy, Berry, No.2 Copper, Honey, Aluminium Extrusion, Talk, etc. Besides scrap materials, we also deal with import and export of new materials like copper rods, brass ingots, Al ingots and copper cathodes.
