A.S.K. Holdings Limited was established in 2002 with Representative Office in Shenzhen, China in 2003 with main activity as sourcing, industrial and commercial projects study and development and brokerage in strategic commodities. A.S.K. Holdings Limited is holding company, which controls A.S.K. Engineering Limited (established in 1997) and A.S.K. Logistics Limited (established in 2004).

On March 16th of current year A.S.K. Holdings Limited has reached strategic agreement with European Seller of HMS scrap and received an official mandate to represent the Seller in business management and negotiation all around the world.
