2. Buyer issues ICPO & NCNDA.
3. Seller issues FCO.
4. Buyer signs & seals FCO and returns to seller with BCL or RWA and a soft probe
authorization.
5. Seller sends Draft contract typical to agreed FCO terms.
6. Buyer signs & seals and return the contract.
7. Buyer opens Non-Operative and Transferable ARDLC or DLC UCP-600 or SBLC valid for
14 months.
8. Seller issue Performance Bond of 2% & POP through banks.
