Malaysia tin up $ 100/ tonne

Kuala Lumpur, Jan. 4 The local tin market closed higher on Monday, but the trading volume dropped compared with last Thursday. Tin price on the Kuala Lumpur tin market increased $ 100 to close at $ 16,900 a tonne. However, turnover decreased to 33 tonnes from 84 tonnes on last Thursday. — Xinhua
