2. Copper Scraps: 2000 MT Minimum
3. Used Rails: 2000 MT Minimum
4. HMS 1 & 2: 5000 MT Minimum
DELIVERY: C & F Nava Sheva Port, INDIA
PACKING: 25MT in each 20ft Containers
CONTRACT LENGTH: 12 MONTHS or more
TARGET PRICE: Very good price
PAYMENT TERMS: The Buyer comes to the Seller’s yard and sees the materials before 100% TT payment against documents.
Buyer will first send his representative to confirm the availability of the goods.
Please Note: Seller must be ready to send official Invitation letter to the Buyer
Procedure of Purchase
1. Seller sends quotations to the Buyer
2. Buyer Issues Official LOI/ICPO with Bank Coordinates
3. Seller sends FCO with his full company’s Street address and below documents
a. The Registration Certificate of your Company
b. Export Certificate
c. Tax Certificate (if any)
d. The 3 whole sets of the past shipping record (e.g. BL, and SGS analysis) if any!
e. Current pictures of your Scraps at your yard site with Dates on them
4. If this is workable, Seller sends DRAFT CONTRACT for amendment and signing
5. Buyer sends his West Africa Representative to see the availability of the materials in the Seller’s yard.
6. Seller issues Official Invitation letter for the Buyer to arrive for the Purchase of the materials
