Copper, zinc stockpiles increase

Copper stockpiles tracked by the London Metal Exchange increased to the highest in almost 10 months and zinc inventories also rose. Copper stockpiled gained 2,400 tonnes to 2,01,000 tonnes, the LME said, in a daily report on Monday, the highest since March 12. Zinc stockpiles expanded 6,775 tonnes, or 7.7 per cent, to 95,150 tonnes, the highest since May 1.
