Malaysia tin closes higher

The local tin market closed higher here on Friday on increased trading volume. Tin price on the Kuala Lumpur Tin Market closed at $16,280 a tonne, up $180 from Thursday. Turnover increased to 63 tonnes from 56 tonnes.
