Nickel, tin prices decline

Prices of nickel, tin and copper declined moderately on the non-ferrous metal market on Wednesday due to lack of industrial demand. Brass utensils scrap and aluminium ingots both edged up on good demand from industrial users. Nickel dropped by Rs.20 per kg to Rs.1,550 from Rs.1,570 and tin by Rs.5 per kilo to Rs.790 from Rs.795. Copper scrap heavy, copper armature, copper utensils scrap and copper sheets cutting also ended lower by RE.1 per kg each to Rs.352, Rs.346, Rs.320 and Rs.342 respectively. Brass utensils scrap looked up by Re.1 per kg to Rs.255 and aluminium ingots by Re.1 per kg to Rs.124.
