Sharp rise in nickel

Prices of nickel, tin and copper firmed up on the non-ferrous metal market on Thursday on renewed industrial demand coupled with higher LME advices. Nickel and tin both moved up by Rs.25 per kg to Rs.1,415 and Rs.760 respectively from Rs.1,390 and Rs.735 previously. Copper cable scrap also firmed up by Rs.5 per kg to Rs.355.
