The local tin market closed lower on Friday, and the trading volume dropped compared with Thursday. Tin price on the Kuala Lumpur tin market decreased $50 to close at $17,870 a tonne. Meanwhile, turnover reduced to 35 tonnes from 40 tonnes on Thursday.
