Tin prices improve on demand

Metal prices edged up further at the non- ferrous metal market on Tuesday on renewed demand from consumer industries coupled with heavy stockists buying. Tin rose by Rs 5 a kg to Rs 885. . Copper cable scrap, copper scrap heavy, copper armature, copper wire bar, zinc and lead all moved up by Re 1 a kg each to Rs 356, Rs 350, Rs 345, Rs 384, Rs 138 and Rs 104 respectively. — PTI
