Nickel gains on industrial demand

Nickel prices recovered by Rs.25 per kg to Rs.1,790 on the local non-ferrous metal market on Tuesday on fresh industrial demand on the back of higher advices from London Metal Exchange. Copper utensils scrap, copper sheets cutting, brass utensils scrap and aluminium utensils scrap edged up on mild industrial demand while tin, copper cable scrap and copper scrap heavy eased on lack of demand from industrial users. Brass utensils scarp looked up to Rs.255 per kg, copper utensils scrap to Rs.307 per kg.
