Nickel down on global trend

Nickel prices tumbled by Rs.60 per kg to Rs.1,890 on the local non-ferrous metal market on Wednesday on increased offering by stockists in view of fall in the London Metal Exchange. Copper cable scrap fell by Rs.7 per kg to Rs.348, copper scrap heavy by Rs.6 per kg to Rs.342, copper wire bar by Rs.5 per kg to Rs.378, copper utensils scrap to Rs.308.
