Metals recover on global cues

Mumbai, Nov. 6

Metal prices recovered mildly on the non-ferrous metal market on Friday on good stockists' offtake amidst positive global cues. Nickel rose by Rs 5 a kg to Rs 955 and tin moved up by Rs 2 a kg to Rs 842. Copper cable scrap, copper scrap heavy, copper armature copper wire bar, brass sheet cutting, and zinc also ended slightly higher by Re 1 a kg each to Rs 324, Rs 318, Rs 311, Rs 352, Rs 228, and Rs 123 respectively.
