Spot rubber rules steady

Physical rubber prices finished almost steady on Friday. The market opened better following the bullish international indices but lost strength towards closing hours lacking solid support from major consuming industries.

Spot prices were (Rs/kg): RSS-4: 110.50 (110.50); RSS-5: 106 (105); ungraded: 101 (101); ISNR 20: 99.50 (99.50) and latex 60 per cent: 73 (73).
