Hind Zinc lowers product prices

Hindustan Zinc Ltd reduced the price of zinc and lead to match global rates. Zinc was lowered by Rs 1,200 ($26), or 1.1 per cent, to Rs 107,100 a tonne, the Udaipur, Rajasthan-based company said on its Web site. Lead, which the company also produces, was lowered by Rs 3,800, or 3.1 per cent, to Rs 117,900 a tonne.
