Aluminium may average 80 cents/lb

Aluminium will average 80 cents a pound next year, 14 per cent more than previously estimated, Macquarie Bank Ltd. said in a report. Macquarie also increased its 2010 estimates for zinc, nickel, lead and tin to reflect the stronger than expected rebound in Chinese economic activity and the likely improvement in demand in the western world.
