Hind Zinc raises products' prices

Hindustan Zinc Ltd increased the prices of zinc and lead to match global rates. The price of zinc was increased by Rs 1,300 ($26), or 1.2 per cent, to Rs 106,900 a tonne, the Udaipur, Rajasthan-based company said. Lead, which the company also produces, was increased by Rs 9,200, or 8.7 per cent, to Rs 114,800 a tonne. Prices are revised every Thursday and Saturday.
