Nickel eyes highs

Nickel rose 1.4 percent to $49,500/49,700 and was eyeing last months $50,200 record high. Standard bank said a substantial push through $50,200 would leave nickel targeting $55,000.

Stocks fell 54 tonnes to 4,722 with 3,378 on warrant less than one day’s global consumption. Aluminium was higher at $2,837/2,842 versus $2,826 and tin was at $14,350/13550 up from $14,150.
