Tin declines on LME advices

Metal prices declined further on the non-ferrous metal market on Tuesday on lack of industrial demand coupled with lower advices from London Metal Exchange (LME). Tin dropped by Rs 10 a kg to Rs 700, brass utensils scrap by Rs 7 a kg to Rs 196 and copper utensils scrap by Rs 5 a kg to Rs 245. Copper cable scrap, copper wire bar, copper sheets cutting and brass sheets cutting fell by Rs 4 a kg each to Rs 264, Rs 292, Rs 255 and Rs 200 respectively. Copper scrap heavy and copper armature moved down by Rs 3 a kg each to Rs 262 and Rs 259 respectively. Nickel eased by Rs 2 a kg to Rs 665. Aluminium utensils scrap, zinc and lead also ended slightly lower by Re 1 a kg to Rs 80, Rs 97 and Rs 87 respectively.
