Aluminium moves up on demand

Prices of tin, nickel and copper declined in a mixed non-ferrous metal market on Monday in the absence of demand from industrial users. Brass and aluminium moved up on good industrial buying support. Tin dropped by Rs 10 a kg to Rs 667 and nickel by Rs 3 a kg to Rs 635. Copper cable scrap, copper scrap heavy, copper armature, copper utensils scrap and copper wire also ended slightly lower by Re 1 a kg to Rs 244, Rs 242, Rs 240, Rs 224 and Rs 272 respectively. . Copper sheets cutting, brass utensils scrap and aluminium utensils scrap also ended slightly higher by Re 1 a kg to Rs 237, Rs 191 and Rs 80 respectively.
