Nickel declines on lack of demand

Metal prices declined marginally on the non-ferrous metal market on Friday on lack of demand from industrial users. Lower London Metal Exchange (LME) prices also influenced the trading. Nickel fell by Rs 5 a kg to Rs 680 and copper sheets cutting by Rs 2 to Rs 207. Copper cable scrap, copper scrap heavy, copper armature, copper wire bar and tin ended slightly lower by Re 1 a kg to Rs 212, Rs 211, Rs 209, Rs 240 and Rs 725 respectively. Brass sheets cutting edged up by Re 1 a kg to Rs 163.
