Nickel prices drop further

Prices of nickel, tin and copper declined further on the non-ferrous metal market on Tuesday in the absence of demand from industrial users. Brass sheets cutting inched up on mild industrial enquiries. Nickel dropped further by Rs 25 a kg to Rs 1,075 and tin by Rs 10 a kg to Rs 1,150. Copper utensils scrap and copper sheets cutting also ended slightly lower by Re 1 a kg to Rs 343 and Rs 361 respectively. Brass sheets cutting, however, looked up by Re 1 a kg to Rs 266 from Rs 265.
