Malaysia tin closes higher

The Malaysian tin market closed higher here on Friday amidst increased trading volume. Tin price on the Kuala Lumpur Tin Market advanced $100 to close at $20,400 a tonne. Turnover also rose to 110 tonnes from 80 tonnes on Thursday.
