LME tin stocks at 9-month low

Tin inventory monitored by the London Metal Exchange fell to a nine-month low. Copper stockpiles also dropped. Tin inventory fell 460 tonnes, or 4.4 per cent, to 10,125 tonnes, according to the exchange's daily report. That's the lowest since June 1 and took the year's decline to 16 per cent. Copper stockpiles lost 2,525 tonnes, or 1.7 per cent, to 146,600 tonnes, the biggest drop since Feb. 20.
