Quantity: 200,000.00 MT Target Price = 185 USE/MT - CRF China main port 2 - HMS1&2 (80%:20%) Quantity: 200,000.00 MT Target price = 175 US$ CRF - China Main port We deal with direct sellers not with brokers. Kindly note that we do have policy to buy from any Manufacturer this policy as follows: 1 – We shall buy ONLY from the direct Sellers Directly not from any man dates or brokers. 2 – We shall send LOI for the quantities needed. 3 – We should sign commitment contract with the SELLER that he can supply the quantity needed and if the SELLER can not it will be a penalty. 4 – We should visit the SELLER Yard to see the Scrap we shall buy, that he can supply us with the quantities we want to buy. 5 – Seller should issue Performa Invoice; the Performa Invoice should have 2% performance Bound. 6 – After the Scrap Location visit, we shall sign contract with the SELLER and issue Un-operative L/C. 7 – The L/C will be operative when the Seller issue the Performa invoice and the Performance bond be active the L/C will be Operative automatically. 8 – Our Payment Terms is: Irrevocable & Transferable L/C.
