We focus mainly on developing engineering polymers like permaflex TPE-E (thermoplastic polyester elastomer), optimum copolyester and electraflex conductive TPE-E.
Permaflex eliminates demarcation between rubbers & engineering plastics which combine its characteristics to make it stay tough. Optimum is hard block copolyester that are crystalline and amorphous depending on its grades. It is used for applications that require high scratch, mar resistance, heat, UV & chemical resistance and save cost tremendously due to its elimination of painted surfaces. Electraflex contains new carbon crystal technology which can be easily re-ground & re-molded and replaces the use of metals in circuits. All these resins are designed for elimination of ease of processing, injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, thermoforming, film manufacturing and rotomolding. We deal with plastic materials in forms of regrind & purge, machines and new ester polymers (recyclable).
